As a qualified personal trainer I work with individuals needs and goals. I provide a bespoke service tailored to lifestyle needs.  

          

I can combine various modalities of training for maximum optimization. I use my knowledge and experience from being an athlete, from my 20 years of fitness industry experience and from studying natural movement, functional strength training, mobility/Posture, yoga and tai chi. I work with specific requirements whether that be weight management, strength, back pain, toning up, biomechanics and cardio vascular training.

I emphasise the importance of a ranged vocabulary of training to bring out the greatest benefits, for fun and for holistic benefits and for preparation for life’s demands and nuances.

I can help athletes train towards a set goal as well as help ordinary people become athletes.

With my sessions we can train at home, outdoors or in the gym. I generally help people achieve an all round wellness I can also help people who want to work on specific needs be it improving or excelling in individual areas, sports or specific goals and help people take their training to the next level.
