Without incorporating sufficient mobility and postural exercises into one’s training its easy to become stiff and immobile as well as developing bad postural habits.

By Practising mobility exercises the joints become supple as well as fully prepared for high intensity or performance-based movement, so the body is able to fluidly carry out movement necessities.

By Practising postural exercises we train our bodies and mind to develop a positive outlook to life which in turn positively affects our moods It also strengthens our internal environment.

During these classes, we practise floor-based movement as well as standing stability and dynamic stability and develop habits that we can carry throughout our daily lives, at home, work, in the gym and in sport.
